First National Bank of Scotia wanted to build a new financial facility to replace their existing branch in Saratoga Springs, NY. They had contacted an architect but decided to look for a more cost-effective alternative for their new bank branch. This led them to design and build a total turn-key project. Our team designed and built a 3,036 square foot branch with 3 interior tellers, two drive-thru lanes, a conference room, a walk-in vault, over a full basement. A couple of special features in the interior of the bank is the curved teller line with a curved overhead fascia design, along with a unique round check-writing stand in the lobby.
