MariSol Federal Credit Union in Arizona came to us with a vision of building a Statement Corporate Modular building in record time, deep in the heart of Downtown. The design was truly a one-of-a-kind facility that would meet and exceed their current members’ needs and continue that level of service for generations to follow. The building encompassed 11 modular sections that were built off-site. The height of the building is 18’ 6” not including the tower. The exterior uses brick, stone, stucco, metal sculptures, metal awnings, and numerous murals from local artists. The completed building is just under 9,900 square feet with 3 remote drive-thru lanes.
