State National Bank of Texas wanted a modular construction company to build a branch office in Vernon, Texas. A small but dynamic 2,100 square foot bank building with 3 walk-up teller stations, 4 drive-up lanes including an ATM. During the construction of the permanent modular bank building, a temporary modular bank building was placed on the site. The temporary bank building made it possible for State National Bank to jump start deposits and become quickly integrated into the Vernon community while the modular construction was on going for the new branch.
